Details
The BHS 4th of July 5K road Race takes place on the parade route of the hometown parade, the runners complete the race at 9am SHARP, prior to the event parade starting. Runners must be at the starting line by 8:45am to stage.This year’s race is being directed under the Berkshire Running Foundation.
There will be a 8 week training program offered by the foundation and the trainers of Berkshire Running Center beginning May 10th. Details on berkshirerun.org
Berkshire County students can register for free grades K-12 until June 30th. Free shirts to the first 300 youth registered and sizes are not guaranteed.
*Technical Race Shirts to the first 1000 registered runners.
Commemorative Water Bottle to the finishers!
There will be a Corporate Challenge Division in which businesses can compete in this special category while supporting the race and the parade.
Proceeds will go to the behavioral health service programs at BHS as well as the Pittsfield Parade.
