Baltimore Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation technique for self-healing where participants bypass the thinking mind and process on a subconscious level. Besides breathwork classes often starts with guided meditation and imagery, and are sprinkled with a generous use of positive affirmations and laughter. Often there is an opportunity to do a primal scream. Following this transformative healing experience participants report significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood. Most participants leave a session feeling lighter, and more connected to their authentic self.
