Experience a slow yoga flow class with breathtaking ocean views, where each pose is sequenced with mindful breathing to create a fluid and invigorating practice. Embrace your adventurous spirit and challenge yourself with more advanced variations of postures as they are offered.

Allow yourself the freedom to explore new possibilities, and also let go of what no longer serves you as you settle into deep rest by the shore.

Receive a cool-down aromatherapy refresher for meditation and a takeaway inspirational card to set your day.

The teacher will demonstrate and give clear directions on a PA speaker with modifications for all levels and newbies to enjoy.

Class duration, 75+ minutes.

After class, give extra time to enjoy a healing dip in the ocean.

8:15 AM check in - 8:30 AM class starts

This is a beautiful wide wide-open beach, with very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all. Come as you are and receive all you deserve!

🎒 BRING :

Large beach towel ( or 2 ), sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on. Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability.

Sunglasses, sunscreen, bottle of water, and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. Wear swimsuits or fitness attire.

We are on the beach, so stay after class and enjoy a refreshing jump into the healing ocean !

There are lots of shops across the street on NE 9th street for food, drink, bathroom, cash machine and more. All major hotels begin south of Vistamar street.

Between: NE 9th street / Lifeguard Stand #13 & Vistamar St / Lifeguard Stand #12 ~ South of Sunrise Blvd

LOOK FOR COLOR FLAGS 🚩 on the beach, and/or teacher setting up the class. Usually around 20 minutes before the event.

🚗 PARKING OPTIONS :

FASTEST :1) Across the street from class, there is plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets. 2) Paid valet parking is available at hotels.

FREE PARKING :1) The streets a couple short blocks west of the beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if it's your first time. (5 minute walk)

2) The Galleria Mall area. A nice scenic walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge (12-15 minute walk )

Special Bookings may be canceled 24 hours before your booking date. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund, excluding Eventbrite fees, back to your credit card. You will self-cancel your booking online. Go into your ticket account for a refund back to your credit card.

Special Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable & no credits - after the 24-hour cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings. Sorry, we are not responsible for ANY personal reasons that prevent you from attending.
