Save the date for South Florida’s largest, FREE outdoor Annual Independence Day Celebration! This event, themed “One Nation, Our Celebration,” will be the City’s 37th Annual Celebration, and it will feature entertainment (music on three stages), a Patriotic Ceremony, a kids’ interactive entertainment zone, a Country Kickback with line dancing and mechanical bull rides, delicious food and refreshments for purchase, and a spectacular 18-minute FPL Fireworks show over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Viewers can also join the celebration remotely by tuning into a special television show - WPBF 25 Special: 4th on Flagler LIVE Fireworks - from 9 – 9:30 p.m. on local ABC affiliate, WPBF 25.

Event Location: West Palm Beach Waterfront (100 N. Clematis Street), Meyer Amphitheatre (104 Datura Street), and along Flagler Drive between Banyan Boulevard and Fern Street. The City operates several public parking garages, and Banyan, Evernia and City Center are closest to the event.Parking is available in the City of West Palm Beach’s public parking garages for a flat rate of $10 in the Banyan and Evernia garages, and $5 at the City Center, Clematis and Sapodilla garages.

Info: The Meyer Amphitheatre will again transform into the ultimate Joe DiMaggio Children’s Health Specialty Center Kids Area! DJ Reflex will set the tone with lively beats on the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections DJ Stage. Families can enjoy inflatable activities, such as bounce houses and games (unlimited play is $5 per person), as well as FREE make-and-take Independence Day-themed crafts and activities.

Info: Saddle up on the south side of the event at Post Park (315 South Flagler Drive), where the Palm Beach International Boat Show Stage will transform into a Country Kickback with DJ Kid Karter spinning the best in country hits. Grab your boots and head to the dance floor for mechanical bull rides, FREE line dancing with instruction, and more country fun you won’t want to miss.

Info: For those who want to run before the fun, be sure to check out the 5th Annual Bill Bone 5K. The fast-paced race starts and ends on Flagler near Post Park (315 South Flagler Drive), on the south side of the 4th on Flagler event. Info: Our impressive 18-minute FPL Fireworks show will ignite the sky over the Intracoastal Waterway at 9:09 p.m. The show’s start time is weather permitting.
