We will be meeting at the end of Westhall Street. next to the old western penitentiary between 5:30 and 6:30pm. Launching promptly at 6:30. Please make sure to bring lots of lights for your kayak. U.S. Coast Guard and River Patrol will ask if you have these on board as well as a life vest (PFD). No alcoholic beverages please.
