We invite you to join us as we complete our 30th season by celebrating Independence Day with a concert featuring patriotic and Americana themed music that will be fun for the entire family. The concert will be on Friday, July 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel on the Park University campus.
Our concert will feature patriotic and Americana selections including music from "Hoagy Carmichael", the Broadway musical "Oklahoma!", an "Armed Forces Salute", "America, the Beautiful", "Stars and Stripes Forever", "Emperata Overture", and more!
Afterwards, check out the Parkville carnival, or just relax on the Park University lawn as you await the fireworks display.
For those wishing for easier access or to avoid the crowds, this same concert will also be presented on Friday, June 27, at 7:00 p.m. at Parkville Presbyterian Church. (819 Main Street in Parkville)
Both concerts are free to the general public. We hope to see you at either one, or both!
