We are thrilled to again be partnering with The National Cherry Festival, The Michigan Cornhole League, Voodoo Cornhole of Traverse City, and Black Diamond Broadcasting.
Bagging on the Bay!!
We are going to be running (2) Separate cornhole tournaments during the National Cherry Festival. The first one will be on the 4th of July and will start at 12:00 pm Noon at the Cherry Festival Beer Tent. This is right on the West Bay and is an amazing spot to throw bags all day long!
We will do this all over again on July 5th! You can play in one or both! They are two separate events.
Date: July 4th and/or July 5th
Start Time: 12:00 PM noon
Where: Cherry Festival Beer Tent area
Cost: $50/team ($25/player)
This event qualifies for an MCL silver member discount. If both players are Silver members, the total cost will be $40/team.
Format:
We are going to start with 4-5 random round robin games based on time. After the rounders games are completed, we will sort the teams by standings and total points. Teams will then be entered into a double elimination tournament to narrow it down to a champion! We will divide the group into 2 tiers! This will divide players into tournaments more suited for their skill level! The goal is to have a great day on the Bay!
Prizes!
There will be CASH PRIZES and Trophies to the Top 4 Teams in Tier 1.
Tier 2 will also have trophies and a prize package TBA.
To Register and assure yourself a spot in the tournament, you will need to sign up at www.michigancornholeleague.com
Each player must sign up individually, we will match your team up at the event! We will be using the App 'Scoreholio' to run the event! Downloading the app ahead of time will help the tournament go quicker and will make the check in process go smooth.

This year the USAF Thunderbirds will be performing. Some great music concerts, carnival, shopping, events, and of course a lot of Cherries!
