2023 Lexington July 4 Parade

The Fourth of July parade steps off at noon and will move down Main Street from Midland to Mill Street. Plenty of red, white and blue will get everyone in the patriotic spirit. Before the fireworks in the evening, we hold a parade that is a celebration of all things Independence Day. Join in the parade to show off your creativity and July 4th spirit! 

Parade Start Time: 12 p.m.

Line-up starts at 10 a.m., trailers/floats must be in place by 11 a.m., and pedestrian units must be in place by 11:30 a.m.

Disclaimer: While the parade applauds all forms of free expression, it is not a political rally or a commercial opportunity. The focus here is family-friendly holiday fun; all entries should exhibit creativity and ingenuity with humour and the spirit of the season. No entries that are solely commercial/marketing presentations will be permitted - the goal is to have all entries decorated for the 4th of July or in Red, White and Blue themed costume.
